A new overflow car park has been opened in the church grounds.  It has been long in the planning and execution but at last we now have extra parking space for when there are major services, concerts etc.  The area is below the memorial garden towards the road and is made up of a reinforced grid through which grass grows.  It is roped off from the rest of the grassed area and accessible from the church drive.

The car park was blessed by the vicar, the Revd Anna Eltringham, and the ribbon was cut by Roger Lugg, former churchwarden, who was much involved in the planning and execution of the work.
